Cocktail directed by Homi Adajania has been produced in collaboration with Illuminati Films. The film is a romantic comedy and stars Saif Ali Khan, Deepika Padukone, Diana Penty, Boman Irani, Dimple Kapadia and Randeep Hooda.
The movie released on Friday, the 13th of July and is getting mixed response from its viewers. The film has been shot in London at these locations - Borough High Street, Borough Market, Portobello road, Mayfair, Piccadily Circus, Leicester Square and a few other locations.
Plot: Meera and Veronica live with each other in London. Meera is shy and introvert while Veronica wants to enjoy life to the fullest. Meera has been trying to recover from a hoax marriage to Kunal Ahuja. Meera and Veronica are bonded with a strong bond of friendship.
One day, Gautam enters their lives. He's almost the same kind as Veronica but Meera hates him and keeps a distance from him. But soon their friendship grows. Soon, Gautam's mother comes to visit him and asks him to get settled. Gautam unexpectedly takes Meera's name as she would prove to be an ideal Indian girl. Soon , Meera and Gautam develop a feeling for each other.
On the other hand Veronica falls in love with Gautam. Now, Gautam finds himself in dilemma.
