JayantaBhai ki Love Story Plot: Vivek Oberoi plays the role of JayantaBhai opposite to Neha Sharma, who is the lead female co-star of Vivek Oberoi in this film. Vivek Oberoi (JayantaBhai) will be seen in a role of comical street-thug who is also a small-time gangster. The story builds up as JayantaBhai falls in love with his enemy - played by Neha Sharma.

This is the third film of Neha Sharma. Before Jayantabhai ki love story, Neha Sharma was seen in Crook and in Kya Super Kool Hain Hum.
